Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions. Build and optimize the company website for SEO and manage social media presence. Plan and execute events such as webinars and trade shows to acquire leads. Utilize PR and media relations to secure press coverage and reviews. The role will be predominantly office-based role with access to Hybrid Working as the role develops. You Will Be Accountable For Working closely with senior PR & Social Media Managers to develop PR and social media content plans. Keeping up to date with key events, national days, media issues and retail news. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to create a news pipeline and gather updates for PR stories and social media content. Proactively researching new ideas and spot reactive opportunities.Responding to media enquiries via the PR inbox, circulating urgent updates and raising any risks. Drafting and researching news releases and developing social media content. Creating briefs for the in-house studio team and lead on small content projects. Supporting in delivering an influencer strategy for the brand. Managing the journalist contact list.
