As a Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, ensuring the well-being and comfort of our patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and a passion for delivering high-quality healthcare services.Responsibilities:Assessing patients' conditions and implementing appropriate nursing care plansAdministering medications and treatments as prescribed by physiciansMonitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any significant changesAssisting in diagnostic tests and analyzing the resultsCollaborating with other healthcare professionals to create and implement patient care plansProviding emotional support and counseling to patients and their familiesEnsuring a clean and safe environment for patientsDocumenting patients' medical histories and progressEducating patients and their families about health conditions and preventive measuresAdhering to all healthcare protocols and guidelinesPreferred Candidate:Valid nursing license in KuwaitMinimum of 4 years of experience as a NurseExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work well in a team environmentStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to remain calm and composed in stressful situationsFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysKnowledge of medical equipment and proceduresCompassionate and empathetic natureSkillsPatient assessment and care planningMedication administrationMonitoring and recording vital signsCollaboration and teamworkEmotional support and counselingExperience  and specialized in the following areas:CCU / ICUEmergency DepartmentIVFNICULabor & DeliveryMedical & SurgicalOperation theatre/PACUOrthopedics
