The Regional Fleet Coordinator must be team oriented, proactive, and goal driven. This position will have the sole responsibility of maintaining fleet operations for their designated region(s).Job Responsibilities:Responsible for integrating legacy Fleet Programs into their designated region(s);Management of the vehicle GPS Program;Facilitate the acquisition of new vehicles for field and lab offices;Facilitate the return of fleet vehicles that have exceeded their lease;Facilitate the sale of company-owned vehicles that are no longer needed;Shipping company vehicles between SPL locations;Intercompany transfers of vehicles;Review and approve vehicle maintenance expenses;Facilitate vehicle and trailer registration renewals;Act as the primary contact for vehicle leasing companies;Management of fuel card programs;Management of comprehensive Fleet list and schedule;Other duties as assigned.Requirements:Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Fleet Coordinator;Must possess sharp attention to detail;Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and the Internet;Must be able to safely operate company vehicles.Education:High school diploma or equivalent is required.Relocation:This position is not eligible for relocation.Travel Requirements:This position will require some travel.Work Schedule:This position will work 8 hours Monday-Friday in SPL’s Greeley, CO location. This position is subject to after-hours and weekend availability to meet deadlines.
