Work closely with the UI Designer, data analyst, Product Owner, and development team to understand user needs and stakeholder requirements. Organize and moderate user interviews and co-creation workshops for both generative and evaluative research, remotely or at various locations in Flanders. Design online surveys and analyze the results. Collaborate with the Data & Intelligence team to map user behavior throughout the customer journey. Analyze, interpret, and present insights in a clear and substantiated manner. Develop inclusive personas and user journeys. Show curiosity about the entire product experience, from newsroom operations to end-user engagement. Set priorities based on team and organizational objectives. ProfileMinimum 3 years of experience in UX Research and Design.Experience in conducting user research and facilitating ideation workshops.Practical knowledge of inclusive design for users with disabilities, with the ability to apply these principles in daily tasks.Data-driven approach: UX decisions are based on data and user research, with pragmatic implementation.Hands-on experience with design tools, preferably Figma.
