Support Engineer - Be the Hero Users Need
- Be the first line of defense for internal and external users: handle tickets via email, calls, and chat.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and deliver solutions that make users smile.
- Escalate the tough cases to senior teams when needed.
- Own tickets from start to finish, ensuring top-notch user satisfaction.
- Create handy guides and tips to make life easier for everyone.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of our support processes.
Support Engineer - Who We’re Looking For
- Degree in IT or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Fluent in English + Dutch (French is a bonus!).
- Solid skills in Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and ticketing tools.
- Service-minded, patient, and excellent communicator.
- Team player, proactive, and eager to learn.
