Experience : Min 2 years seniority within yazaki in your current position

Equipment Calibration/ Palstat Software

Managing measuring equipment calibration and MSA activities as required by the IATF16949 standard.

Managing PALSTAT software for calibration and MSA activities.

Define the calibration and verification periodicities and means of calibration.

Ensure, perform and record MSA activities according to defined rules.

Training support

Conduct internally training and awareness actions on the use of the measuring and test equipment

Laboratory set up

Ensure compliance and assist with adherence to the requirements of the quality management system (IATF16949), the application of the YEMEA/YMK procedures, the application of the rules of hygiene and safety within work area (ISO14001aOHSAS18001).

Ensure the compliance with customer specifications (CSR).

Ensure the guarantee traceability to national and international standards.

Prepare the Budget related to the external calibration and ensure the accreditation of the external laboratories to the ILAC requirements.

Ensuring YEMEA procedure compliance.
