Scheduling Coordinator

Endurance Plumbing is a down-to-earth company with repeat clientele. We have competitive but reasonable pricing for our regular commercial clients who keep us busy year round.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dispatcher/Scheduler to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling service appointments, dispatching technicians, and ensuring efficient workflow. Key duties include:

• Answering customer calls and scheduling appointments through Service Titan
• Dispatching plumbers to job sites based on urgency and location via Service Titan
• Communicating job details to technicians and clients
• Managing daily schedules to optimize efficiency
• Managing long term projects providing updates to clients as needed
• Maintaining records of service calls and job status
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries
• Pulling permits by city and scheduling inspections once job is completed

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Previous experience in dispatching or scheduling
• Proficiency with scheduling software and tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
