To reinforce my client’s engineering development team, I am looking for an Engineering manager, in Geneva, Switzerland.

Responsibilities  

As a member of my client’s team, you'll be a key player in making the engineering development team, who work on the product the best tool for Code Quality and Security, they are in charge to provide new features that help users write better software and delivering a high quality and amazingly powerful and popular open-source product.

As an Engineering Manager, you will be leading the elaboration of the squad's annual and quarterly objectives in close collaboration with the Go To Market Department while contributing to and overseeing technical architecture and engineering direction

Your missions are: 

• Leading and managing a team of engineers.
• You provide guidance, support and mentorship to help your team to growth and contribute to success
• You provide a safe culture of feedback and work closely with the business team to give a clear vision for the squad.
• You will work in a high technology environment, oriented on quality and code optimization.

Qualifications and technical skills 

Preferred qualifications

BSc. or master’s degree in computer science or related technical field. 

Requirements 

You have at least 10 years of experience in software development. You have a strong technical background in Java ecosystem and testing oriented

You have at least 3 years in leadership / Team management role.
