Here is a fantastic opportunity for you. We are working with an International Group that have operations in Denmark. They are looking for a talented Restaurant General Manager to join a dynamic and ambitious team in the heart of the City.
As Restaurant General Manager you will
- Be responsible for the smooth running of the operations, maximization of financial results and implementation of the best commercial strategy for the restaurant
- Manage your team, including recruitment, training and coaching
- Liaise with the Head Chef and Senior Management to constantly and consistently improve on guest experience
- Implement and deliver a 5* Service Culture
- Responsible and accountable for restaurant costs (payroll, cutlery, etc) and stocks control (including Beverage stocks)
- Ensure all procedures & day-to-day performance (including Health & Safety, Good practice, etc)
- Proactively monitor & respond to guest comments & feedback
- Be commercially savvy and involved in ensuring the restaurant is a Destination within the Local market
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar restaurant environment service and experience (Fine Dining Casual / Trendy High-End / etc)
- Currently in a Restaurant General Manager or Senior Leadership role managing a team of min 15 staff
- Track record in developing your operation to be the best
- Currently have responsibility over all aspect : operations, financials, commercial, team management, etc.
- Fluent written and verbal Danish and English
- Another European language (French for example)
- People Management
