Concierge in Luxury Building

For luxury building in Philadelphia (Pennsylvania, USA), we are looking for Concierge

Responsibility

The Candidate will take care of the concierge, the entrances, small external commissions relating to the condominium, the receipt and distribution of mail and any packages

He will promptly notify the artisans in charge of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of any service malfunctions (lifts, HVAC systems, etc.)

If necessary, he will personally take care of small maintenance in the structure Experience in similar occupations appreciated but not strictly required

Excellent interpersonal skills are required for the management of entrances and relations with the owners of the apartments.

Maximum discretion is required.

Full time availability is required, from Monday to Friday on shifts that could also be ****************************** of work: Philadelphia, Market ********
