Where do you sign up ? Here’s what we’d like from you !

• To be career driven and the want to succeed in a rapidly expanding business
• Have a serious passion for customer servicer and ideally hospitality – quality agency experience and a good understanding of recruitment is preferred
• Be super approachable and friendly (just like us !)
• You need to be a self-starter – able to manage your own time and your desk
• Forward thinking and exceptionally organized
• Be able to handle and manage a large existing database as well as high volume in coming inquiries and applications
• Comfortable at leading established accounts, working with clients to support their needs
• Ability to actively develop new business leads, negotiate contracts and develop recruitment solutions to match client needs
• Previous proven experience in sales, business development, account management or a senior management role

What’s in it for you, on top of your base salary?

• Uncapped commission, based on personal targets (expected earnings between 2 to 3x your base salary.. this continues to grow with each year you spend with the company)
• Additional Group commission per month based on company targets

• Flexible working week, home working available as well as a great office in Vancouver

• 2x annual duvet days, once a month early finish Friday and ‘Give back hour’ each week
• Extra days annual leave for your birthday and extra days annual leave with each year of service (up to 5 extra)
