We are recruiting for a Sous Chef on behalf of a Contract Catering client in Liverpool. The contract is in a busy conference/event venue working for a fantastic company.
My client is looking for a strong and confident Sous Chef who has previous experience producing excellent quality, volume catering.
Reporting into the Senior Sous & the Head Chef, you will be an integral part of the kitchen team and will bring innovation and current food trend knowledge to the team. Passion and attention to detail along with a love of food will be needed.
