Floor Manager - Fine Dining
Location: New York City
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000

I have teamed up with an amazing Hospitality Group in New York City who have an array of uniqueand vibrant hospitality destinations. Our client is seeking a motivated Floor Manager to join their successful team. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who wants to grow within the industry!
Responsibilities of the Floor Manager:
- Provide an exceptional guest experience by maintaining the highest level of service
- Work alongside the management and back of house team to ensure a smooth service for guests
- Address and resolve all guest queries in a prompt and efficient manor
- Create staff schedules and undertake pre-shift meetings with the team
- Build a great work environment for the team
- Ensure each team member is fully trained, supported and equipped to do their job
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2 years’ experience in a comparable role, preferably in a fine dining establishment
- Proven experience using restaurant management software and POS systems
- Superb communication and time management skills
- An eye for small detail
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest concerns effectively
