We are looking for new team members who will shape the future of our new Corporate Finance Shared Service Center (CFSSC) in Novi Sad.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures integrity of master data in key systems
• Accurately review and enter data ensuring quality of the master data
• Identifies areas for data quality improvements
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to establish plans and rules for accurate, secure, and reliable company data
• Assists in data management, governance, and data quality of master data requirements with other functional data owners
• Work closely with the business/IT to ensure alignment of master data rules and the operations of the application meet all requirements

Requirements:

• High school or above, preferably a bachelor's degree in technical sciences or economics
• Proven working experience as a Data Analyst is preferred
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel: Familiarity with accounting systems and spreadsheet software to accurately record and analyse financial data
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Fluency in English
