Creative Social Media Producer - Fashion


Kyra Media, with teams in London, New York, and Los Angeles, creates digital content and messaging that uniquely resonates with youth culture. We connect brands with Gen Z by aligning voice, reach, and innovation to product positioning. Kyra serves marketers through three distinct business drivers: exclusive talent access, creative studio content production, and original digital content all showcasing our expertise in youth entertainment and engagement.


We’re looking for a motivated Creative Social Media Producer who is passionate about creating world class content for a Gen Z audience.

The Creative Social Media Producer will report to the Editor in Chief, developing and executing creative ideas to create daily editorial and branded content for Kyra’s Gen Z fashion focused TikTok channel Rag.Report. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire process from ideation to publication.

You should be able to work independently and make sound decisions based on experience and knowledge on social media, in particular TikTok, and Gen Z trends.

This is a permanent role which can be based anywhere in the US.


Role Responsibilities

  • Contributing ideas for day-to-day creation of TikTok content
  • Working closely with editors, animators and external parties to bring ideas to life in the form of video content that will engage millions of young people
  • Crafting story driven scripts that feel authentic to the audience and platform
  • Monitoring channel data and growth metrics and adapting creative strategy necessarily
  • Engaging with audiences to continue growing Rag Report’s community of 1.5 Million followers
  • Continue developing a strong brand with a true audience
  • Liaising with external client, internal client services and brand partnerships on branded content
  • Creating content schedules for circulation internally and externally
  • Adapting schedules and content to feedback and reviews
  • Monitoring trends from the platform and adapting for channel use
  • Reporting statistics regularly and concisely to internal and external stakeholders
  • Establish & maintain relationships with freelancers, production companies, post production houses, studios and filmmakers


Knowledge and skills

  • Must have a deep understanding of the Fashion Industry, especially Gen Z trends
  • Must have extensive knowledge of TikTok, wider social media space and social media trends
  • Must understand the production process of social video
  • Must be both creative but also organized and practical enough to make things happen.
