Production Assistant

We are currently looking for hardworking and enthusiastic members to work in our wholesale factory at Bulleen. As production assistant, your shift will start at 8am and finish at 4pm and will consist of assisting our head baker and team in production, pie filling and turning the trays. There are a range of roles within the production team with varying responsibility which may include administration. The pay scale will reflect the varying roles.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of this role and someone that takes pride in their work and the way our products are produced. 

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in a commercial environment 
• To be available for 5 day working week (Mon-Fri) – no weekends required
• An exceptional standard of hygiene and the ability to contribute to a clean working environment
• Great attention to detail and a commitment to pride in your work
• A sense of urgency as this is a fast-paced environment
• To have reliable transport to get to work
• A positive attitude and to thrive in a team environment
• To have great communication skills
• Relative physical strength
