Sous Chef – Italian Restaurant
Salary: $65,000-75,000

They are looking for a Sous Chef to join the team at their Italian concept and carry out the daily activities of the kitchen. The Sous Chef:
- You will have good career stability and a passion for food and customer service
- You will have experience with financial targets, ordering inventory, and you must be able to develop, mentor, and supervise a team
- You will ensure the kitchen is operating smoothly and support the Executive Chef with the daily operations of the Back of House
- You will work alongside the Executive Chef to develop and prepare the menus
- You are a well-rounded and motivated culinary professional who can support and inspire the team around you
- You must be able to lead others and hold your own in a fast-paced environment, all while having a positive and humble personality
- You will ensure all food preparation is carried out according to the recipes and in accordance with health standards
