Job Title: Service Desk Manager

Salary: £40,000 plus bonus

Location: London

We are working with a dynamic real estate group with a growing portfolio. They are looking for a Service Desk Manager/IT Support Manager to manage a small team and deal with technical challenges. This is a hybrid role with 4 days a week spent in the office. There are lots of opportunities with this business for progression, training and personal development.


About the position

  • Managing a team of approximately 10
  • Using support desk/tech systems that include Fresh Desk, Meraki MDM, Axis CCTV, Brivo Access Control and G Suite
  • Ensuring the team provides quality call handing
  • Reviewing calls and ticket requests
  • Highlighting training requirements

The successful candidate

  • Previous experience managing a team
  • ITIL foundation or similar
  • Experience with incident management
  • Good knowledge of Google products, MDM and Asset databases
  • Experience managing ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Fresh Service, Connectwise
