Project Manager

Our client is a boutique commercial/retail builder that specialises in the new build, fit-out, and refurbishment sector. Typical project values range from $1Mil to $20Mil. 

Due to several new project wins, they now have an immediate requirement for an experienced project manager to join their team based in the CBD. This project will run for the next six months.

To be considered for this role, you will be

• Degree OR trade qualified 
• Previous retail construction experience preferred 
• Excellent client-facing / communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to plan, manage and deliver a project to high standards, on time, and within budget. 
• An in-depth understanding of safety principles
• Ability to work autonomously when required 
• Ability to motivate and manage a large team of subcontractors.
