Part-time Phone Interviewer (work from home - Phoenix area)

At Beyond Feedback we are passionate about delivering insights to our clients that drive improvements in how they operate. We are looking for a part-time Phone Survey Interviewer to join our cause. This position is a work-from-home position with a flexible work schedule. You are:

  • Energized by relationships, invigorated by efficient processes, and excellent at follow-up and follow-through
  • Trustworthy with confidential information and able to maintain a high level of personal and professional integrity
  • Able to connect effectively with all levels of an organization from front-line staff to senior executives
  • Incredibly organized and efficient with personal time management
  • A proficient English and Spanish speaker (conversational bilingual is required)
  • Able to make sense of complex conversations
  • Known for your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Naturally self-motivated and able to work independently


You will be:

  • Conducting a variety of phone interviews including employee exit interviews, new hire interviews, customer feedback interviews, and employee opinion interviews
  • Typing what you hear in the conversation at a rate of 55 wpm and navigating the dialog to capture insights about that employee or customer’s experience
  • Staying professional in a wide variety of outbound calling situations with business people – most of whom are expecting your call and some who are not
  • Training virtually for up to 2 weeks
  • Working a Monday-Friday schedule that you define between the hours of 8am - 3pm
  • Creating a flexible schedule that is consistent from week-to-week


To work from home for us you will:

  • Have a designated workspace free from noise and other distractions
  • Arrange for dependent and child-care as if you were working at our office
  • Live within 35 miles of our office location at 7100 East Cave Creek Road, Cave Creek, AZ 85331
  • Provide your own modern computer and computer-related hardware equipment
  • Be able to connect directly to your home router using an ethernet cable (no wireless connection)
  • Have reliable high speed internet access with a minimum of 10 mbps download and 5 mbps upload
  • Be provided with a company-owned telephone that must have a direct ethernet connection to your home router
  • Provide a webcam, headset, and microphone connected to your computer for weekly internal meetings


You’re the perfect fit if:

  • You have plenty of experience on the phone making outbound calls
  • You know Human Resources and/or Customer Service inside and out
  • ‘Integrity’ is your middle name and your parents couldn’t decide between that and ‘Excellence’
  • You wake up every day energized to serve others


Job Type: Part-time work-from-home flexible schedule 20-25 hours per week

Starting pay: $17.00 to $19.00 /hour
