Commercial Leasing Associate

As the Leasing Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the day to day functions of the Commercial Leasing department in Jersey City. You will serve as a key point of contact for all current and prospective tenants relating to the leasing process, draft documents, assist in marketing available spaces and ensure timely updates on all resources, prepare and present leasing reports, maintain the client database, and stay up to date on all market trends. The successful candidate will also be required to visit the company's headquarters in Manhattan on a regular basis.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelors degree and Real Estate licence required.
• Ability to network with tenant representatives across a range of industries.
• Excellent communication skills (oral & written).
• Experience in commercial leasing.
