Part Time Bookkeeper/Accountant Needed for Growing Firm!

About the Company:

• Family-owned residential property management firm catering to high end clientele
• You will have the ability to grow as the firm grows, implementing new policies and procedures to make the role your own!
• Part time, in-office position, all proper COVID safety protocols are followed, flexible schedule (days and hours)
• Down to earth management, open to ideas and suggestions

Responsibilities:

• Full ownership of all accounting and finance activities for 30+ properties including mortgage and tax payments, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, budgeting, and forecasting
• Communicate with vendors and clients daily, clearly articulate variances or budget changes, helping the clients be proactive, not reactive
• Oversee outsourced payroll process, ensure hourly staff are paid accordingly

Experience Preferred:

• 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Real estate experience a plus
• Experience with Appfolio, Yardi or related program a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication along with exceptional attention to detail
