Sales Manager - Trendy Restaurant & Bar Group

We are excited to be working with a trendy restaurant and bar group who are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to drive sales across their two brands. This will be a multi-site role with a focus on large group bookings and private events.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Proactively identify sales opportunities
• Build and maintain client and customer relationships
• Ensure delivery of pre booked revenue targets
• Grow the database of customer contacts
• Drive large bookings and event sales

EXPERIENCE:

• Experience within a similar sales or events role within hospitality
• Multi-site experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive approach to work
• · Enthusiastic, positive and motivated attitude
