I am looking for an experience Deputy Manager with High volume, quality experience who loves a busy environment, seasonal food and great cocktails and wine and late-night live music, a cool venue!

This group in a collection of high volume, service focused bars and party places in London, and growing outside of London! They have exciting growth plans and are keen to meet people who want to grow with them!

A love of good food and drinks is a key element to this role! Plus, the late night vibe is key

The Ideal Assistant Deputy Manager ….

• Will have 2 Years Manager experience
• Experience in a venue taking £40,000 net plus a week
• Love managing a LARGE team in a busy venue!
• Excellent cocktail and wine knowledge
• Financial understanding and excellent sales building skills
• Keen to grow in a vibrant company!
