Beautiful group requires a strong head chef to oversee the smooth running of this wonderful site.

The Site is part of a larger group and offers Seasonal changing menus so as a result we need a head chef with creative flair for British and mediterranean cuisine.

At this site all the food is cooked from scratch so the skill level is high, you will be tweaking the menus with the seasons to ensure your regular customers keep coming back and enjoy the variety you have on offer. You will be strong with Kitchen management, able to cost dishes, manage your stock, create mouth-watering dishes and turn a profit.

As the Head Chef you will have a passion for developing your team, looking at the aces you have in your kitchen and utilising their skills, aiding in their development and motivating everyone from KP to Sous Chefs.

This is a great role for a Head Chef from a gastro pub , Brasserie or restaurant background who wants the stability and career opportunities a large group can provide but also still be creative and challenged from a food perspective.
