Sous Chef – Hotel Food and Beverage – New York, NY Location: New York, NY Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 Benefits: Medical, dental, 401k and PTO

My client is lovely boutique hotel in New York. They are committed to inclusivity and giving clients the ultimate experience. We are looking an amazing Sous Chef to help oversee the Food and Beverage operations of this great property.
Sous Chef Duties:
- Ensure guests receive the highest level of food quality and service.
- Manage, lead, develop, and train a team up to 30
- Ensures high quality, palatable and well-presented foods are served
- Assist daily operations of one outlet
- Collaborate on menu creation
- Supervise sourcing and deliveries
- Maintain team spirit, and oversee menu accuracy
- Maintaining brand standards
- Ensure high food standards as required by local health regulations
The ideal Sous Chef will possess the following qualities:
- Experience within hotel F&B operations a must
- Variety and creativity when it come to your culinary skills
- Good organizational skills
- Great career stability
