Salary of £40,000
45-48hrs per week based on 6 shifts
I am recruiting a passionate and talented Senior Sous Chef for an exciting and very popular pasta restaurant
This restaurant is looking for a Senior Sous chef to help lead and develop further in this stable and committed kitchen team using the best seasonal ingredients
Requirements
- Stable experience within fast paced, volume Restaurants in London
- Experience with handmade pasta and cooking in volume
- Passionate about fresh food and seasonal produce- a real foodie!
- Drive and determination working with an international team
- Full safety compliance experience and knowledge
