Salary package of £50,000 working 6 shifts per week

I am recruiting a Head Chef for an exciting and very popular pasta restaurant

This restaurant is looking for their next Head Chef to lead and develop this stable and committed kitchen team further and assist in the development of the business using the best seasonal ingredients

Requirements

• Stable experience within fast paced, volume Restaurants in London
• Experience with handmade pasta and cooking in volume
• Passionate about fresh food and seasonal produce- a real foodie!
• Drive and determination working with an international team
• Full financial and safety compliance experience and knowledge
• Identify talent, inspire, train and lead your team of over 15 in the kitchen

This role will suit someone looking to work with, inspire and learn from a great management team and grow within the Company whilst leading their team

You must be eligible to live and work in the UK for this position
