Head of Sales and Business Development – DACH

 

Join an international Fintech company as Head of Sales and Business Development in Berlin! The company is currently opening offices in Berlin and is looking for an experience sales manager to be the first one in the German market to support them with the grow in the DACH region and build up a team!

 

Tasks:

  • Build and cultivate relationships with key referral partners and third parties necessary to support the company’s goals
  • Selling the company’s services to potential clients and guiding them throughout the on boarding process, providing any necessary assistance in order to expedite the process.
  • Generating and seeking out potential new opportunities and leads including researching, prospecting, and qualifying leads.
  • Researching and monitoring competitors and reviewing the company’s offering considering competitors’ developments.
  • Planning, implementing and executing business development and sales plans to meet predefined goals and objectives.

 

Profile:

  • Commercial studies or apprenticeship
  • At least 5 years working experience in the payment industry
  • Native level of German and fluent English skills
  • Strong sales and business development experience (hunter mentality)
  • Experience in team management would be a plus (but not must have)
