La risorsa selezionata sarà responsabile della manutenzione ordinaria, straordinaria e preventiva degli impianti e dei macchinari di produzione, al fine di garantirne la massima efficienza operativa e il corretto funzionamento nel rispetto degli standard aziendali.Responsabilità principali:- Gestire autonomamente interventi di manutenzione elettromeccanica (preventiva, ordinaria e straordinaria) su impianti industriali.- Identificare e risolvere efficacemente guasti di natura elettrica, meccanica, pneumatica e idraulica.- Provvedere alla riparazione o sostituzione di componenti, assicurando la funzionalità degli impianti.- Consultare e interpretare schemi elettrici e disegni meccanici per interventi mirati.- Interagire con il team di produzione per minimizzare i fermi macchina e ottimizzare i processi.- Rilevare anomalie, analizzare le cause e suggerire soluzioni migliorative.Requisiti richiesti:- Disponibilità a lavorare su 3 turni dal Lunedì al Sabato- Diploma di istruzione secondaria superiore ad indirizzo tecnico (Meccanica, Elettrotecnica o titolo equipollente).- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di manutentore industriale, maturata preferibilmente in contesti produttivi strutturati.- Ottime capacità di problem solving e predisposizione al lavoro di squadraSi offre:- Inquadramento in base all'effettiva esperienza, come da CCNL industria alimentare- Inserimento in azienda strutturata e in crescita
