We are seeking a highly talented, self-motivated and experienced designer to join our fast paced team.The ideal candidate must have the below capabilities:Analysing emerging fashion trends and trends relating to fabrics, colours and styles.Creating ideas from design through to production.Have pattern making and technical knowledge for production of designs.Sourcing and selecting fabrics and trims for designs.Working closely with sales and production teams, both autonomously and in a team to ensure items suit customers and our target market and meet price points.Must be a sample size 8 for sample fittings.Candidate requirements of this role:Tertiary education degree or diploma in Fashion Design or similar. Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.Creativity and a keen eye for detail.A can-do attitude, good communication skills and willingness to be a team player. Designer, Color, Materials, & TrendYou'll be a trusted member of our team reporting to the Color, Materials & Trend team within the global Footwear Design function (Men’s, Women’s, Street, Outdoor). As the Designer, Color, Materials & Trend, you will execute the seasonal creative direction through color and material design application. You will realize trend-relevant, narrative-driven concepts with color, materials, graphics and details that support the seasonal brand strategy and storytelling across Footwear Design.
