Dans le cadre de sa prochaine ouverture, le Mercure Alger Palais des Congrès de Ain Benian recrute un Technicien de Maintenance :Ses principales missions et activités seront :Assurer toutes les interventions de maintenance des chaufferies et des centrales de traitement d’air dans les locaux techniques ;Effectuer les installations de plomberie nécessaires que ce soit dans le cadre d’une première installation ou dans le cadre d’une mise en conformité par rapport aux normes ;Accompagner, contrôler et reporter les interventions techniques externes sur les équipements et les installations de plomberie, de chaufferies et centrales de traitement d’air de l’hôtel ;Assurer le bon fonctionnement des équipements et installations frigorifiques et de climatisation ;Effectuer les installations frigorifiques et de climatisation nécessaires que ce soit dans le cadre d’une première installation ou dans le cadre d’une mise en conformité par rapport aux normes techniques et HACCP ;Assurer toutes les interventions de climatisation dans les locaux techniques ;Assurer toutes les interventions de frigorifiques et de climatisation dans les étages et les locaux communs ; Lors d’interventions dans les chambres, informer le client de la nature de la panne et du temps nécessaire à la résolution du problème ;Effectuer les dépannages nécessaires pour assurer le confort des clients et la continuité du travail ;Cosigner avec le demandeur d’intervention (gouvernante d’étage, réceptionniste, …) les bons de réparations détaillant l’intervention ;Accompagner, contrôler et reporter les interventions techniques externes sur les équipements et les installations frigorifiques et de climatisation de l’hôtel ;Reporter toute anomalie dans le système de plomberie à son supérieur hiérarchique ;Remplir les checklists de façon exhaustive et les remettre pour contrôle et signature ;Veiller à garantir la sécurité de tout utilisateur durant et après son intervention ;Effectuer les dépannages nécessaires pour assurer le confort des clients et la continuité du travail ;Veiller à supprimer sur le logiciel de gestion ou de suivi, les dépannages effectués après résolution du problème ;Consigner les réparations et dépannages effectués, et les remarques dans les cahiers de passation de travaux et de rapport de travaux ;Appliquer les recommandations des bureaux de contrôle ;Appliquer les recommandations Planet 21 ;Appliquer des standards de la réglementation locale ainsi que celles du Groupe Accor et du Mercure Alger Palais des Congrès ;Profil :Technicien en plomberie/ climatisation.Minimum 2 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire dans l’hôtellerie ou dans l’industrie.Pratique couramment le Français à l’écrit comme à l’oral.

Maintenance Technician 3- 2nd Shift

Job Summary:Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electromechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process. Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings. Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts. Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as required. This position will also move machinery and fixtures throughout the building, as required to support production. This position will identify and resolve machine and process issues relating to downtime, scrap and performance while reading and interpreting diagrams and prints to repair machines. Maintaining good care of equipment and tools used, monitoring spare parts inventories and make recommendations to assure availability and recording preventive maintenance and repair data using computer based systems is necessary in this role. The ability to learn product programming of equipment, using computer technology to perform work assignments will be crucial to the role. Demonstrated increased depth and understanding of specific equipment assignments, recognizing and anticipating equipment failure indicators while supporting capabilities expand beyond specific equipment assignments. Determining equipment efficiencies for long-term use and viability, troubleshooting and repair equipment to root cause (permanent equipment corrective action/fix) is required. Position Summary SCHEDULE: Sunday- Thursday 10:00pm- 6:30am The Heavy Cleaner will ensure that the cleaning of assigned building is consistently and appropriately performed.
