As a Financial Analyst at SUEZ, recycling and recovery UK, you’ll be contributing to an ever-growing established recycling and recovery company that’s helping customers reduce their impact on the environment, conserve natural resources and reduce landfill.The salary for this position starts at £36,407 Plus Car/Allowance (£6,500) up to 10% bonus, 5% pension.About the roleReporting to the Senior Financial Analyst, the successful candidate will be a key interface between Finance and Operations. Working across our offices in the North, the Financial Analyst will provide analytical support to the Corporate Sales Director and Strategy Director.What will I be doing?Key responsibilities of the role include preparing and analysing financial bids, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment. This national role involves collaborating with various departments to gather information to create financial models and presenting bid proposals to senior management.The role will involve travel with overnight stays and as such attracts a car or car allowance.What are the requirements?The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and have the ability to influence, persuade and negotiate with senior managers, external contacts and other stakeholders. The successful candidate will be a Partly qualified accountant, with view of receiving an offer of study support for the right candidate. This is a unique growth opportunity in a pivotal position at an entrepreneurial company operating with a broad outreach within Real Estate.The roleAs an Analyst you will work together with Head of Fund & Portfolio Management, contribute to structuring and developing the follow up of execution on individual Business Plans as well as portfolio and fund level returns. You will work in broad collaboration between different departments of the firm and deepen your knowledge about investments as well as asset management and finance.Together with Head of Fund & Portfolio Management you will contribute to the capital raising, build-up and investment process of Co-Investment Deals as well as other separate accounts and “special projects”.
