We are hiring a Senior Cybersecurity Risk Analyst and help secure the future of global digital payments.We are seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Risk Analyst to join our Corporate Security – Risk and Control Operations team. You’ll play a key role in identifying, analyzing, and managing cybersecurity risks that impact global infrastructure and services. You will engage across teams to assess risks, evaluate controls, and communicate findings to senior stakeholders—all while helping ensure Mastercard maintains its position as a global leader in information security.RoleConduct risk assessments aligned with frameworks like NIST CSF and regulatory requirements, including the Information Security Management System (ISMS).Apply both qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., FAIR) to evaluate risk severity and recommend mitigation strategies.Partner with control owners, technology stakeholders, and risk managers to understand and manage risk exposure.Escalate critical risks and ensure timely visibility to executive leadership.Prepare executive-level updates and contribute to reports for regulators and auditors.Maintain documentation of risk management methodologies and decision processes.Support continuous improvement in Mastercard’s cybersecurity risk posture.ProfileYou’re a detail-oriented, technically proficient risk analyst who thrives in complex environments and can clearly articulate security risks to diverse stakeholders.
