Create wireframes and clickable prototypes to make concepts tangible. Validate concepts and test prototypes with end users. Translate research findings into concrete recommendations to improve the user convenience. Support colleagues in converting validated concepts into solutions ready for production. Provide constructive feedback to the development team regarding implementation. Consider the needs of users with long-term, temporary, situational, or changing limitations at every stage. UX Research:Gather data and insights. Work closely with the UI Designer, data analyst, Product Owner, and development team to understand user needs and stakeholder requirements. Organize and moderate user interviews and co-creation workshops for both generative and evaluative research, remotely or at various locations in Flanders. Design online surveys and analyze the results. Collaborate with the Data & Intelligence team to map user behavior throughout the customer journey. Analyze, interpret, and present insights in a clear and substantiated manner. Develop inclusive personas and user journeys. Show curiosity about the entire product experience, from newsroom operations to end-user engagement. Set priorities based on team and organizational objectives. ProfileMinimum 3 years of experience in UX Research and Design.Experience in conducting user research and facilitating ideation workshops.Practical knowledge of inclusive design for users with disabilities, with the ability to apply these principles in daily tasks.Data-driven approach: UX decisions are based on data and user research, with pragmatic implementation.Hands-on experience with design tools, preferably Figma. We are currently looking for a .Net Developer for a company specialized in food and beverage.The Full-time .NET backend developer will be responsible for Development of new features.·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, reliable, andsecure backend systems.·      Implementing solutions in every Sprint with the team and proactively contributing to the validation and testing efforts withthe team and end users.·      Implement and maintain APIs and integration points with external systems.·      Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.·      Optimize performance and ensure high availability of our applications.·      Help end users by resolving incidents raised through the ticketing tool (incident management).ResponsibilitiesYou have minimum 3 years in .NET and Angular development.
