This position will see you based in the Liverpool area on a major residential development that will run for a number of years. To be considered for this role you will be: Qualified maintenance technician Experience of working inside luxury homes or high and medium rise complexes Excellent communication skills Ability to engage and manage / coordinate multiple different operations at the same time Maintain a safe workplace and conduct interviews with non-routine maintenance service providers Manage on-site inspections The working hours are generally from Monday to Friday.
