Set priorities based on team and organizational objectives. ProfileMinimum 3 years of experience in UX Research and Design.Experience in conducting user research and facilitating ideation workshops.Practical knowledge of inclusive design for users with disabilities, with the ability to apply these principles in daily tasks.Data-driven approach: UX decisions are based on data and user research, with pragmatic implementation.Hands-on experience with design tools, preferably Figma.
