Job Offer: Marketing Manager F/M – Cereal Products

About the company:

This independent SME, specialized in cereal products, employs 150 people and has been operating in the French and international markets for over 20 years. To support its development and market positioning, our client is looking for a Marketing Manager F/M.

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Near Bordeaux, 33

Position: Replacement – Executive Status

Responsibilities:

The main mission will be to develop national brands in France across all of the company's distribution channels. The candidate will be in charge of managing a team of 7 people.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing the brand plan (strategy, positioning, merchandising, communication, etc.).
• Developing new products.
• Monitoring commercial actions (promotional operations, POS material, etc.).
• Training and supporting the sales team on the products.
• Conducting market studies (competition analysis, opportunities, threats).
• Recommending corrective actions when necessary.
