Sous Chef – Full-Service Restaurant

This passionate team is growing, and they are looking for a Sous Chef to carry out the daily activities of the kitchen. The Sous Chef role:
Assist with developing and implementing the menus
Assist with inventory and ordering
Assist with scheduling
Ensure all food is prepared and served according to the recipes
Hire, motivate, and mentor a team
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for employees and guests
Meet or exceed all financial targets
The Sous Chef candidate:
Previous fine-dining experience
Previous culinary management experience
Ability to prioritize competing demands
Organized and flexible
Excellent leadership and time management skills
Good career stability and a passion for food and customer service
Decisive, motivated, and a fantastic role model
