Our client, a leading exporter in California is seeking a motivated individual for an Office Assistant position. Our client's business is expanding rapidly and this is a fantastic company with room for growth.

Duties for the position include answering phones, greeting clients, assembling tax returns (printing envelopes, scanning documents, etc.), emailing information to clients, making reminder calls, and other administrative tasks.

REQUIREMENTS
At least 1 + year experience in an office setting, as an Jr. Admin or General Office Clerk
Ability to handle multiline phone system
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Dependable and Assertive
