Fresh Pasta Maker & Kitchen Assistant

Our growing team is seeking a motivated, detail orientated and precise pasta maker to operate our imported Italian pasta machines with brass dies to extrude fresh pasta in large quantities. The ideal candidate should be able to follow exact recipes, follow a production schedule, and work independently. Our lead pasta machine operator will prep, extrude, chill and package all pasta's made in production. This position reports to the Executive Chef. The ideal candidate should be able to assist in other kitchen roles as needed, such as helping with prep, making sauces and packaging other like goods for market. We are willing to train the right candidate on machine operations, however, prior kitchen, cooking, food handler experience is necessary. This position has the potential to grow to a full time position but will begin as part time. Opportunities to work catering events may arise occasionally.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
