We are recruiting for one of London’s best steak houses, offering top quality meat that is all butchered and dry aged on site in the restaurant where we cut each steak by hand on a daily basis
With direct relationships with Farmers both in the UK and The USA our client guarantees they receive the best meats possible throughout the year, give you as a chef the opportunity to work with the best produce in London or even the UK!!
You will be cooking onsite dry aged beef on their specially imported grills over wood at 375 to 400 Celsius, alongside the steaks there is an array of seasonal sides and specials for you to get involved with.
