- Monitoring supplier agreements through key performance indicators and reports on achievements.
 - Overseeing the key performance indicators and achievement reports to ensure supplier agreements are maintained.
 - Coordinating with the suppliers directly to negotiate the best quality and terms of delivery at a cost-effective rate.
 - Manage the daily purchasing as per the set policy and procedures.
 - Maintain supplier files and do their proper evaluation.
 - Set the credit terms with vendors.
 - Minimize the cash purchases.
 - Create blanket purchase agreements with Vendors per company policies and industry standards.
 - Handle all procurement procedures, including order placing, document arrangement, and delivery.
 
Skills
- Should be a bachelor's in Supply Chain Management or relevant qualification.
 - Should have construction industry experience.
 - Must be IT literate. Should have the experience to use Microsoft Office and Outlook.
 - Should have hands-on experience in using ERP.
 - Must have experience in negotiating with vendors.
 - Must have at least 3 years of experience in the property management industry.
 - Should have good communication skills. Can understand Arabic and fluent in English.
 - Should have transferable iqama.
