- Achieve individual monthly sales targets as set by management.
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that best fit them.
- Provide the right advice and assist sellers and investors in purchasing properties.
- Attracting customers. Actions might include cold-calling, following up on leads, advertising, and making business presentations to potential buyers and investors.
- Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants.
- Qualify leads and data management using the company CRM.
- Oversee properties’ personnel and assess their performance.
Skills
- 1 to 5 years of experience in real estate Brokerage.
- University degree.
- Strong sales skills.
- Presentable.
- Proficiency in English.
- Negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Egyptian Residential market.
- Confident in presentation delivery and good organizational skills.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office & CRM usage.
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
- Working as part of a team is mandatory.
- Flexible mindset and willingness to put clients’ needs first.
