Architect Designer

Job Description

• Review and analyze project specifications, building codes, and regulations to ensure that all drawings comply with legal and safety requirements, providing valuable input to the design team on any necessary adjustments or improvements.
• Transforming architectural concepts and sketches into precise technical drawings using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with codes and standards will be a key responsibility.
• The Architectural Draftsman will be responsible for reviewing project specifications, building codes, and regulations to ensure that all drawings comply with legal and safety requirements.

Skills

• Effective collaboration skills, working closely with architects and other team members to incorporate design changes, revisions, and updates into the drafting process while meeting project deadlines.
• Proven ability to interpret and transform architectural concepts into comprehensive technical drawings for construction documentation.
• Comprehensive understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction standards to guarantee accuracy and compliance in architectural drafts.
• Mastery of drafting tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, ensuring the creation of precise and detailed architectural drawings.
