What To ExpectAs a Senior Growth Performance Marketer, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our outreach campaigns across various online platforms. Your focus will be on defining, evaluating, and optimizing strategies to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency of our campaigns. This role being both an expert operator but also strategist, capable of analyzing trends, making data-driven decisions, and driving significant growth through innovative outreach methods.What You'll DoCampaign Management: Manage and optimize outreach campaigns across different channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, Paid Video, etc.) and all Acquisition touch points to drive business growth and achieve targeted performance metrics. This includes setting up campaigns, monitoring performance and making real-time adjustmentsStrategy Co-Creation & Execution: Co-create comprehensive outreach strategies across multiple online platforms together. Oversee the execution of these strategies, ensuring alignment with broader business goalsData Analysis & Insights: Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement, suggesting ways to improve creative psychology, audience targeting, bid strategies, cross-channel performance impact. Maintain a continuously active loop from insights discovery to strategies and tactics refinement, with a focus on the Activation phase as much as the Acquisition oneCross-Platform Expertise: Demonstrate and apply in-depth knowledge of various online platforms to maximize campaign effectiveness. Stay abreast of new features and best practices in platform-specific outreachCollaborative Strategy Optimization: Work closely and cross-functionally with other teams, including Content, Analytics, and Product, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to outreach campaignsReporting & Communication: Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholdersMentorship & Leadership: Mentor junior team members, helping them develop their skills and understanding of growth marketing strategies and tacticsWhat You'll BringExperience in digital marketing, with a focus on developing, executing, measuring, and delivering performance insights across various paid media channels (preferred: also owned channels) Prior experience in a senior or strategic role is essentialA focus on customer journeys and loops in growth marketing, not just linear funnelsPreferred: Experience rolling out data-driven marketing campaigns using iterative A/B test designs, understanding hypothesis testing and scalable testing methodologies, especially applied to Marketing-specific goals like incrementality, attribution, brand liftSkills: Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Proficiency in online marketing tools and platforms, as well as data analysis tools (Tableau, Looker, SQL and GA4 preferred). Excellent project management, communication, and leadership abilitiesLanguage proficiency in English plus one or more of the following: German, French, Spanish
