Product Developer

As a Product Developer, you play a key role in contributing towards securing the best product from a customer perspective in connection with Global assortment strategy.

Product Development and textile experience preferable in Home division 

Working with the global teams, you are responsible for co-executing the market development plan and supplier/product strategy on your product categories together with relevant stakeholders,

Having ownership in securing product development flow and sample handling process, you seek further possibilities and opportunities in your local market in line with long term assortment strategy and strong material background.

You act as the customer eye and work proactively to educate suppliers with customer education.

You are acting as a product representative on the ground and play an important role in problem-solving.

You promote and share sustainable innovations covering both components and processes such as 3D/VSR and similar from region.

• Bachelors degree in apparel product development or related field
• 2 - 4 plus years' relevant industry experience ; equivalent combination of relevant education and experience considered
• Thorough understanding of fabric/Material construction, content, and quality
• Thorough knowledge of color development and approval
• In depth knowledge of print types, dye types, methods, and techniques
• Ability to work in a team environment with buyers, merchandising, and inventory control partners.
• Must be self-motivated and take ownership
• Must have strong organizational skills, be detail-oriented, deadline driven and remain focused in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
