Store Manager Sports

Job Summary

The role holder is responsible for managing and driving sales for the store through efficient store operations, visual merchandising, customer service delivery, motivation and retention of store personnel in adherence to norms. The job holder is also responsible for managing and coaching the store team. You will be working with some of the best sports brands within the region – this is an exciting opportunity for a highly commercial and experienced store manager!

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• A minimum of 5 -7 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a similar supervisory role in retail operations
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Hindi and/or Arabic skills in an added advantage
• Sports industry background strongly preferred
