Front Desk Concierge/Doorperson

We are currently seeking a Concierge/Doorperson for a luxury apartment building located in San Francisco, CA

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Must present a neat appearance and wear uniform at all times

- Customer service oriented person to greet and escort tenants and visitors by opening doors, carrying bags and/or suitcases, record all package deliveries, hailing taxicabs;

- Liaise with superintendent and property manager of the building as needed with tenant related or building related matters;

- Screen all incoming vendors and non-residential visitors; and directs delivery workers to the delivery entrance of building

- Answer calls professionally and assist callers with directions or instructions for the building;

- Announces all visitors to appropriate tenants;

- Follow company security and fire safety procedures of the building;

- Reports and/or removes unauthorized or undesirable people from the premises

Candidates must:

• Have the ability to carry and/or lift approximately 50 pounds
• Be a team player
• Communicate well
• Have attention to detail
• Be able to follow instructions
• Be on time and work efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Experience:

• Custodial Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
