Technical Service Representative

For our international client near Düsseldorf we are currently looking for a TECHNICAL SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE with an experience in the automotive/ mechanical engineering sector!

Tasks:

• Be the After Sales front-line support link for dealers and distributors within the assigned region (EMEA), as part of a motivated multicultural regional customer service team
• Support all technical and product related issues and inquiries for the products whilst always keeping the consumer mind
• Provide on-going technical and warranty support to internal departments and Global Support Hubs
• Deliver theoretical and practical training to dealership technicians

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Technician degree or equivalent qualification
• Powersport experience is an asset
• Computer skilled with Web applications, Microsoft Office applications but also SAP and dealer management systems
• Fluent English and German
• Passion for serving our customers and our dealers
• Excellent communicator that can adapt easily to different circumstances, individuals, and situations
• Demonstrates ingenuity for providing solutions with the ability to make decisions requiring creativity and initiative
